My family and I moved to Virginia in 2015. It has been a great fit for all of us, and we are happy to call Lynchburg our home.
For more than 10 years I was a primary care physician before my focus transitioned to Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Throughout my 20+ years of medical practice, I have always felt it's important to look at the patient as a whole. I have found acupuncture allows for attending to an individual's health needs in a much deeper and more connected way.

I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness and health goals!

FAQ
WHAT IS ACUPUNCTURE?
Acupuncture involves applying thin needles to specific points in the body. Treatments can address symptoms related to acute or chronic health conditions as well as overall wellness and well being.
IS ACUPUNCTURE PAINFUL?
Acupuncture needles are inserted to various depths and points on your body. The needles are very thin, so insertion usually causes little discomfort. Some point locations can be more sensitive than others.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Not at this time.Â
However your Flex Savings and Health Savings accounts (FSA and HSA) are accepted as payment options.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO BE SEEN?
That can vary depending on your individual response to treatment and treatment goals.
DO YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS OR ACCEPT PATIENTS AS A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN?
While acupuncture can address multiple conditions and symptoms, this clinic is for acupuncture services only. No medications are prescribed.
DO YOU ALWAYS USE NEEDLES?
Needles are most common treatment, but other options including cupping and gua sha are available in addition to or instead of needle treatments
